Born to a meticulous New Hampshire custom builder, Cohen has carpentry talent in his blood and a strong New England work ethic. Raised in the family business he learned to strive for perfection and to exceed expectations and leads his company with these principles today.​ Cohen is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire's Civil Technology program where he studied construction principles and honed his passion for the construction process. Cohen brings an analytical mind and an artistic eye to each project. From framing to finish carpentry, Cohen excels at doing it right the first time and leads a trusted and talented crew that model his commitment and professionalism.

Preferring a hands-on approach to home building, Cohen is selective in the work he undertakes to ensure clients receive the level of attention their new home or renovation project deserves.

DESIGN PARTNER

Melissa also grew up in a family business where she learned the value of hard work and to provide superior customer service. A graduate of the University of New York at Albany, Melissa studied marketing, advertising and public relations. 

As Real Estate Broker & Owner of Cartier Real Estate Group, Melissa helps buyers evaluate homes, advises sellers on marketing their properties. Having toured thousands of homes and sold hundreds, Melissa's experience gives her valuable insights into new home design and ensuring resale value.

Cohen's biggest fan, Melissa shares her expertise with their building clients throughout the design process. Melissa's goal is to ensure each home they build reflects a client's personal style at any budget, and that it'll bring lasting functionality and inherent value.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Jill brings real-world experience as a past Cartier Construction client to her role as Project Coordinator. Having completed a design-build home with Cohen and Melissa in Saratoga, the client perspective is still fresh in Jill’s mind and heart. This genuine insight is so valuable as she guides transactions from start to finish, and acts as a client advocate in the development of new processes. Jill manages the imperative client-builder interface that tracks schedule, budget and selections to keep clients informed throughout the build.

Jill holds a Masters of Science degree in Education Administration and lives in Saratoga Springs with her husband, two teenagers + two spoiled dogs + two daredevil cats.
